2. These medicated treats can only be found at California Patient’s Association in Santa Ana – heart of the OC. Made from their own baker and these are super good.
3. The frosting alone is pure delight but now you put that on top of a medicated spicy cake! YUMMMMMM! I have a sweet tooth and super picky so for me to like these, they have to be good.
4. Perfect size for one person to enjoy and be well on their way to experiencing a nice body high that will last you for a nice portion of the day!
5. Super moist and has just the right texture. Can’t taste the meds at all, which I like. Almost like Carrot Cake but not exactly! Has a nice flavor and one you will not forget. But will crave.

Hahaha diabetic coma. Well coming from a diabetic, when i saw this i immediately wanted to go to CPA and get one. My favorite dessert and ive never grabbed one!

This "Spice Cake" is actually our signature NUGGETRY Bar (not sure why it's not named correctly) that I invented a while back. Very potent and Very tasty.
